Chiltern Circuits Ltd., established in 1981, offers the following services:

Production of single and double sided printed circuit boards (subcontract multilayer).

Prototype to production runs.
 

v     All materials. FR4, FR3, FR2 plus specials eg Black FR4.

v     Thicknesses from 0.2mm to 3.2mm as standard.

v     Solder masks and component ident in various colours.

v     CNC drilling and routing.

v     Insulating panels. Can be manufactured from all standard FR4 PCB materials, as well as paper laminates and Mylar to individual requirements.

v      Screen-printing. eg front and rear panels and boxes. These can be metal, clear and coloured polycarbonate or  other plastics. The latter can be produced in-house using our drilling and routing processes.

v     Photo plotting. Standard PCB file format would be Gerber from a PCB design package. We are also able to work from other formats such as EPS and PDF. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

v     Lead free solder SN100C alloy as standard. 

v     63/37 tin / lead finish is still available should it be required.
